Green Smoothie Revolution contains some interesting info. I’ve been on the vegan diet for 10 months now. It really helped me in many ways but now I’m looking to further improve my diet. Eating raw and drinking smoothies in particular seams to be the next step. Now I want to find a way to make it work. I’ve got the Vitamin and my refrigerator is full of greens and staff. I’ve been geting a lot of guidance on smoothies by Green Smoothie Revolution.
I’ve yet to find a serious sourse on recipes. I’ve type 2 diabetes, so my smoothies need to take that into account. I also want them to taste good. I know that herbs and spices make regular food taste better, may be this is the answer for some smoothie recipes. I have been drinking green smoothies every day since getting my Blendtec blender, and look forward to trying many more of the recipes in Green Smoothie Revolution.
